Precision engineered gaskets and sealing
Our gaskets, seals and thin walled annular components provide exceptional performance in the most extreme conditions. We manufacture in a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, exotic high nickel alloys, and carbon steel.
Every component we make and supply is approved and accredited for the relevant industry applications, boosting efficiency while safeguarding health, safety and environment.
Ring Type Joints (RTJ)
Conforming to both ASME B16.20 and API 6A international standards, we supply styles R, RX and BX Ring Type Joints. Each seal is low stress stamped to provide full traceability, from the original mill source through to the place, month and year of manufacture.
We hold two American Petroleum Institute API 6A PSL-4 licences globally. We maintain an enviable inventory of RTJs in strategic locations across the globe, including all sizes and styles in a wide variety of materials, while our in-house machining capabilities allows us to supply specialised, non standard ring joints.
Spiral Wound Gaskets (SWG)
Spiral Wound Gaskets (SWG) are semi metallic gaskets, suitable for high temperature and high pressure environments across a wide range of industrial sectors. SWGs are supplied in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and material combinations, to international standards and to meet customer specific requirements.
Kammprofile Gaskets
With or without outer rings, our kammprofile gaskets are typically used in heat exchangers, and across the full range flanged joints in pipelines.
Precision Engineered Metallic Seals
We are an OEM approved manufacturer of mission critical precision engineered metallic seals, accurately and repeatedly producing complex components in a broad range of materials.
Our in-house coating and plating capabilities ensure that we always retain complete control of the manufacturing process, while comprehensive inspection and documentation packages ensure customers receive components of the highest quality, exactly to their requirements.
Soft Cut Gaskets
We supply a wide range of cut gaskets, from standard flange sizes to large irregular shaped gaskets, in many brand leading materials, from virgin PTFE to compressed non asbestos (CNAF) sheeting and graphite.
Our skilled cutters and state of the art machinery offer a fast, accurate manufacturing service.
Flange Insulation Kits
We engineer insulation products can be used to control and confine electrolytic corrosion in almost any piping system. Our insulating materials are manufactured to withstand hydrocarbon exposure, weathering and salt water, while our quality assurance and high production rate mean little or no down time due to electrolysis.
All insulation products are supplied in kit form, complete with the necessary quantities of isolating sleeves, isolation washers and back up washers.
Double Jacketed Gaskets
As most jacketed gaskets are application specific, precision and attention to detail is crucial. With extensive manufacturing expertise and capabilities, we can ensure the jacketed gaskets we manufacture meet both customer specifications and national and international industry standards.
Non Asbestos Sheet Material
We stock an extensive inventory of non asbestos sheet material that can be used to manufacture gaskets, or supplied by the sheet. Our non asbestos sheet is a compressed material produced from a combination of aramid and other synthetic fibres and bonded with several binders, the most common being nitrile rubber gasket material (NBR).
