James Province Announced as New AmeriBolt President
18 January 2017
I am pleased to announce James Province will be assuming the role of President of AmeriBolt effectively immediately. In this role, James will report to me and be responsible for managing all aspects of AmeriBolt’s business. AmeriBolt will continue to operate as an independent business under the LoneStar Group umbrella. All AmeriBolt employees will continue to report to their current supervisors and managers while Chris Edge, Steve Whatley, Alan Walters, Phillip Gray, John Zeleny, Mike Koite and Talia Worth will all report directly to James Province.
James joined AmeriBolt in early 2015 as General Manager of its Houston operations responsible for driving top line growth through superior customer service. In his short two years leading AmeriBolt’s Houston operations, the business has grown markedly in the face of adverse market conditions.
Prior to joining AmeriBolt, James held several key positions at Southwest Fasteners, Interstate Threaded Products and more recently Texas Bolt. James has extensive experience and knowledge of oilfield, infrastructure and construction service fastening applications.
After having built a successful business and more recently transitioning the business to LoneStar, Dawson Pruett has decided to step back into an advisory role paving the way for James to succeed him. I would like to thank Dawson for his many years of service and commitment to the AmeriBolt family. Although not in a leadership role, Dawson will continue to enable AmeriBolt’s success in an advisory role alongside Mike Jones. Dawson and Mike’s dedication is most appreciated and the friendships we have built with them will last a lifetime.
James will build upon Dawson & Mike’s successes to continue AmeriBolt’s leadership position during the imminent North American oil & gas recovery and new infrastructure projects anticipated to be promoted by the incoming U.S. administration.
A former United States Air Force serviceman, James also brings leadership talents to his new role. James is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. James will remain based in Houston with his wife and two daughters.
Please join me in welcoming James to his new position.
